Adelaide Trail Runners are very excited to bring you the third edition of "Robe Run" on Saturday February 8th, 2025, in the stunning coastal town of Robe on the Limestone Coast, SA! The inaugural 2023 event attracted 500 runners from all over Australia.
​
On offer is a full 42.2km Marathon, 21.1km Half Marathon, 14km Run & a 5km "Fun Run" The Full & Half Marathons will traverse over a mix of coastal trails, beach and road. Included in this is a 3km section on "Long Beach" voted one of the best beaches in Australia! The scenery and views will blow you away! Note: The full 42.2km Marathon is a double loop of the 21.1km Half Marathon. We are looking to include a 1km Kids Race in 2025. Watch this space...

All 42.2km, 21.1km & 14km finishers will receive a finishers medal.

Robe is located in one of the most diverse and beautiful regions. Situated in South Australia's magnificent Limestone Coast, this coastal village has an abundance of attractions to offer. Robe is approximately 3.5 hours from Adelaide and 6 hours from Melbourne, a central point between the Great Ocean Road and the Southern Ocean Drive trails.

Robe is an iconic holiday destination, rich in historic buildings, many and varied accommodation options and a variety of produce, dining and retail mix. Robe also provides access to stunning coastal national parks, four-wheel drive beach driving and lots of recreational activities such as swimming, surfing, fishing, camping, golf, and mountain bike riding to name a few!

BIB PICK-UP, SPONSORS EXPO & "ROBES" RUN
​
Bib Pick-up & Sponsors Expo will be on Friday February 7th at "The Institute" which is located on Victoria Street and is directly opposite the start & finish line.
Open from 3:00pm to 7:00pm. (Bibs can also be collected on race morning)
We are also introducing a "Robes Run" which will take place at 6:00pm from The Institute on Friday night and it is totally FREE. We would like to see as many of you as possible wearing your best "Robe" for a very casual run/jog/walk to The Obelisk and back. This is approximately 4km. This is not a timed event, and you are welcome to cut it short if you wish.

MEDAL PRESENTATIONS
​
Medal Presentations will be held at the conclusion of the event. The top-5 male & female finishers in the 42.2km Marathon and the top-3 in the Half Marathon, 14km & 5km will all be presented with medals.
​
The starting location for all distances is at Foreshore Reserve, Mundy Tce, Robe, SA.

DRINK STATIONS
​
There will be an abundance of Aid Stations. All Aid Stations are marked on the course maps. Public Toilets can also be seen on the course maps of which there are several.
​

DROP BAGS
​
If 42.2km runners would like to provide their own "Drop Bags" these must be delivered to us on Friday night at bib pick-up. All bags must be clearly marked, and ATR takes no responsibility for the contents. These will be made available at Drink Station #2 which is at 13.5km & 34.6km mark. This is the only location for your Drop Bags in addition to the halfway mark.
